Class Description

This interactive online or in person seminar designed for companies, businesses, government organizations or private groups that want to empower their employees or community with both personal safety tools and discussions on how to avoid awkward social interactions with colleagues and co-workers by setting clear boundaries. SAVE is a gender inclusive, comprehensive seminar that includes interactive practice for using your voice in addition to working on physical self-defense techniques. This program is 60-90min + Q&A.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact Nicole at least 48hrs in advance to receive a refund for your class fee. The class will only run if at least 10 people sign up. If less than 10 sign up, all class fees paid to that point will be refunded and the class will be rescheduled.
