This interactive seminar will help you learn how to manage your safety no matter where you are in the world! We believe that everyone can benefit from learning the basics of how to protect yourself. Students will walk away with basic knowledge on setting boundaries, using your voice and using verbal and physical self-defense skills. You Are Worth Fighting For! This program is 75min + Q&A.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact Nicole at least 48hrs in advance to receive a refund for your class fee. The class will only run if at least 10 people sign up. If less than 10 sign up, all class fees paid to that point will be refunded and the class will be rescheduled.
